About Us
At Alison Radford Designs, we believe that everything happens for a reason. Our business is built on connection—working with like-minded people who inspire us, challenge us, and become our friends. We put into the universe what we hope to receive, and giving back isn’t just something we do when it’s convenient—it’s a way of life. Helping others when they need it most, even when resources are tight, is at the heart of who we are. Because kindness is contagious, and good deeds ripple far beyond what we can see.
This brand is more than just jewelry—it’s about the journey, the experience, and the energy behind every piece. My husband and I went all in on Alison Radford Designs because we wanted to create a life on our own terms, one where we could build something meaningful, help others feel good, and create a place where people thrive. We want this to be one of the greatest places to work, where we lift each other up, support families, and turn dreams into reality.
We find inspiration in the raw beauty of nature, the mysticism of the universe, and the soulful energy of the past. We cleanse stones for those who need it, believe in the power of spirits, and know that most people are inherently good. Bohemian funk is my heartbeat—I should have been born in the ‘60s. I’m always on the hunt for something special, whether it’s a vintage treasure, the perfect song, or a road trip that leads to nowhere and everywhere at the same time. Music, travel, and human connection fuel me.
The word “no” doesn’t exist in our vocabulary, because life is about saying “yes” to adventure, to opportunity, to making the world a better place. If my life had a soundtrack, it would be filled with Motown, funk, and jazz—just like the pieces I create, it would be rich with history, rhythm, and soul.
At the end of the day, Alison Radford Designs isn’t just about jewelry—it’s about the people, the stories, and the belief that we are all connected. We create to inspire, to be inspired, and to make sure that every person who wears our designs feels like they are part of something bigger.
